Azahar de Estepona is located at Avenida del Fuego 47, 29693 Estepona (Málaga), on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain. Estepona is known for its year-round mild climate, beaches and its charming old town, and sits between Marbella and Sotogrande.
Azahar de Estepona is a gated residential community of 61 homes spread over seven low-rise blocks, surrounded by Mediterranean gardens. The community is managed by an owners' association (Comunidad de Propietarios) with an elected board.
The community offers swimming pools, landscaped Mediterranean gardens, gated access, private parking and an elevator in every block. The grounds and pools are professionally maintained all year round.
A number of homes in the community hold a tourist-rental permit approved by the owners' association and are offered for holiday rental by their owners. Availability varies per season — use the contact form and we will point you in the right direction.

Yes. Owners and residents have access to a private community portal with announcements, documents, meetings, votes, a noticeboard and useful local information. The portal is available in English, Spanish, Dutch and French.
